A small yet spacious site (approx 3 acres) of grass pitches with amazing views over Loch Shin and the surrounding countryside.

We are a relaxed site offering our guests the choice of where they would prefer to pitch on their arrival.

As a camping family we appreciate the need for peace and tranquility and as such make it a priority never to become overcrowded.  As such we limit the amount of groups to 10 per night.

We have 3 electric hook up points for you to use if you wish.

We welcome campervans but have to limit the length to no longer than 6m.

Guests have use of a amenities block which offers toilets, shower and outdoor covered kitchen area for washing up and preparing food etc.  There is a large BBQ and eating area which offers shelter from any inclement weather!

We also have a games room called Bobby's (named after one of our family dogs) which has a pool table, darts board and large selection of board games for added fun.  Here you will also find a large range of reading material including lots of information on the local area.

"Excellent stay here after touring the far north west. Nice quiet site and a great price (£10, 2 adults small tent and car). Great games room and very welcoming owners. Very enjoyable."

"This site is a great place to make a base for the highlands. The owners were so friendly and welcoming. The facilities are still a bit under construction - e.g. The toilets need a little more privacy added to the doors and the water pressure etc needs looking at generally. However none of this would spoil your enjoyment of such a gem of a site. It's small and only takes on a limited number of tents which I think is great. There is a lot of good stuff in the area but the site is also a good place for children to play with a trampoline and small football pitch separated from the tents. The owners also provide a BBQ on the decking area which is brilliant. Only thing that we didn't like was the midgies!! But that's everywhere and can't be helped. We did have to sit inside the tent most nights because of them sadly. I would certainly stay here again though".

"We have just spent 5 nights in the Pondside self-catering apartment. Comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen and a fantastic location to explore the beautiful Northern Highlands. Sasha and her wonderful, warm welcome made this really feel like a home from home. Many thanks to her and her friendly family for making us feel so welcome."
